You and I are made to live in dominion. This is a dimension of rule and authority that was the intent of our Father in heaven at creation and was given to us. We lost this authority during the fall and Jesus came to restore you back to the place of rule and authority. As a child of God, you walk in delegated authority from Jesus to rule and overcome everything.
1 John 5:4-5 says: “For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world – our faith. Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?”
You are born of God and believe that Jesus is the Son of God therefore you overcome the world and the powers thereof.
You are the solution to this devil and demon infested world. You deliver the oppressed; you cast out the devil and his demons; you heal; you bring people into their freedom; you overcome dark atmospheres; you bring lost sons and daughters into relationship with their Father.
As you step into your identity in Christ, many hopeless and helpless people find their way out of whatever they are in. Romans 8:19 from the Passion Translation of the bible says:
“The entire universe is standing on tiptoe, yearning to see the unveiling of God’s glorious sons and daughters!”
Yes, the entire universe is standing on tiptoe eagerly waiting for you to step into your identity.
Declare over yourself – I am an overcomer; I live in dominion; I am authorised to heal, to set free…and to release the power of the kingdom of God wherever I find myself.
